  Delivered 2 days after purchase and free shipping, item is much better than described and looks new, they work fantastically well and for £15 are an absolute bargain. They were packed in a strong cardboard box and the headphones were wrapped in bubble wrap so, they were very well protected. Delighted with these Sony headphones. Trusted eBay seller, thank you. 🤩

  Although negative to start, the seller got in contact with me, while away and I believe a slight issue may have happened when sending the item out, and the wrong item was sent. The seller has been super friendly and and willing to make amends. He saw that something went wrong and was pro-active with getting in touch, if I could change my original feedback I sure would, as this is gentleman who is trying to make sure they run their business honestly and not making sure his customer are happy.

  The item didn't arrive within the 48 hours it should have arrived in because of Royal Mail. The seller was very apologetic and even offered to send me a replacement but I said I was going the following morning early on holiday and wouldn't receive it in time. He said he'd accept the original one back he posted me if I no longer required it but I do require it. It wasn't his fault. I would gladly use his services again. Royal mail in my area not good.   Wow! Blown away by how good this seller is! Beats arrived in great condition. The only thing I will criticize is the packaging, they arrived in white jiffy bag and the headphones were wrapped in a small layer of bubble wrap, they could have easily been broken but thankfully they weren’t stood on. Postage was top notch and quality of the Beats is fantastic. Thank you :D
