We ordered a new door to cover our new kitchen boiler we sent the measurements through & the door arrived 2 wks later my husband looked at the parcel & immediately without opening the parcel said its too small. I contacted the company & was told sorry it was in the wrong box we don't have the size you need! Why send it if its not the size you need? To be fair the lady called Faith who I was emailing was very good and it did get sorted with a full refund eventually but extremely frustrating.
