    I didn't receive mine. Not their fault, it was an inept courier that left it on someone's front door step (not mine) at 21:10. Over 2 hours later than the window they provided. From the photo provided I tracked it down (2 days later) to a house 5 down from mine. It was long gone. I have to give a positive review because when I marked it as not delivered (out of business hours) they replied the following morning apologising and issued a refund without hesitation. Customer service is spot on.

    Good scales and just as advertised, but you need to speak to your courier Evri, all the outer waterproof wrapping was hanging off the parcel, and still this company can't train their staff to ring the doorbell, they just drop it off and disappear with no attempt to hand it to the adressee. They did take a photo of it in the plastic box I leave for parcels, without even bothering to put the lid on the box I left in my doorway which clearly shows the damaged wrapping.
