    First solar panel arrived quickly but unfortunately damaged, not sellers fault, judging by the packaging it looked like courier had thrown it about and panel was cracked inside, contacted seller issue was promptly resolved and he sent me another which arrived quickly and safely.

    The freight co dropped my package of 2 on a corner and shattered the glass of one panel. The corners of the packaging should be bettered shielded. The seller provided a replacement panel but asked that I pay the shipping. I did that, but you probably shouldn't.

    Bought one panel originally and liked it so well bought a second one showed up in about 4 days after order. I am in the northeast Iowa for shipping time. Will buy from again. The box for shipping was well put together with padding on all sides to protect the panel. Box had some dents but because of foam used on all sides it was in perfect shape.
