    Hello John, Thank you for your purchase and feedback. When You consider s seller's shipping time, the only thing he can control is how long did he take to get it to USPS, You purchased your charm on Sunday, May 25. Monday, May,26 was Memorial Day. Tracking shows your package delivered to USPS the very next day, Tuesday, May 27. I couldn't do any better than that. From then on any delay was on USPS.
