    Found a note in the package stating that TVD found a copy of one of the programs to have a loose and very scratched disk and that they contacted the producer to send me a copy directly from them AND they apologized.     Item was shipped with several other purchases. They were well packed and were received when expected. The DVD was in the condition described, but the DVD case was different enough from that shown in the listing that I thought that wrong DVD had been sent. The DVD case I received has the picture rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise, the text at the top is in a different font and layout, but otherwise it is what I ordered.
