  I was reimbursed for some slight problems. Although the handwarmers arrived in good time, & in an undamaged protective envelope, the decorative cardboard outer sleeve was scuffed; one of the corners of the top of the box containing everything was bent & loose; & the loop on both lanyards broke soon after they were attached. On contacting the sellers, they kindly suggested a £3 refund, which was sent - thanks. I was surprised that a nice grey material case was included in the pack, too.
