    All good apart from the delivery company used. Tracking said was out for delivery with times and when it didn’t arrive I checked tracking and it said that ‘insufficient address details’ 3 days later it turns up without me doing anything. I can only assume the driver couldn’t read or lied or just plain forgot and returned to depot and made an excuse. Reluctant to buy from people that use this delivery company so will think twice.

    The bumper protector arrived on time but was broken. The corner had chipped off because the box wasn't substantial enough, and the splitter was only protected by a fabric sock inside the box. No other packing material was used. TransporterHQ replied quickly and refunded me straight away.

    Previous order arrived damage - THQ refunded me and I re ordered the item and got it sent the next day. Great service, sometimes things do brake and it’s how you manage it after and I’m happy to say THQ were super easy to deal with. Item was as expected. Good value for money and looks good. Quality is fine for what it is.
