I can't say much about seller communication, since as previous reviewers said, they only shipped within 10 days of payment. But once the package was shipped, it was very quick (arriving the Monday after it went out on Friday), with both plushies just as pictured and very very cute. They were even small enough to fit in a box together while still being huggable. Great plushies.

Perfect condition. No communication with the vendor but as stated in the description, the package will be sent within 10 business days. It's a bit long but they kept that promise.
