  Great purchase/etc, however item was damaged during delivery. Package was very well wrapped/protected but the damage was clearly caused by a heavy drop. Contacted seller, who promptly arranged for refund of delivery costs. Great gesture and great customer service despite issue. Item was as otherwise described, and I think is good value.

  Lovely set of tables exactly as described. One table was damaged by the courier, although it had been packed well with support struts and everything. We were immediately offered a full refund and returns table without any quibble - fantastic post sales service. We love the tables so agreed a partial refund so we can repair the damaged one.
