  It took THREE entities - my seller, myself and eBay , in coordination, to bring this transaction to its ultimately successful conclusion. Unfortunately, FOUR entities were players... The tracking data for this "USPS PRIORITY MAIL small packing tube" remained without updating from the date of entering postal channels on December 9th in GA, until the 29th when it was reported "Out for Delivery the 30th" in NH. TWENTY ONE+ DAYS OF CONCERN USPS can do better? Not so sure. Alternatives? Perhaps
