The item was as advertised and appeared to be of a reasonable quality, the item arrived in a couple of days. Unfortunately my wife has a high instep and a wide foot so although she could get her feet in to the boots comfortably she was unable to zip the boots up, as the ankle part of the boots were quite small.
Sadly we had to return them for a refund and I am pleased to say that the supplier was very quick in paying the refund. Thank you so much for your professional and swift service.
