  I don't like leaving negative feedback but I believe it's important to be honest & alert other buyers. This seller used Mattel photos in the listing but what arrived was a cheap imitation of the QE II doll. To make it worse, it was sent in a padded envelope so the box arrived crushed. When I asked to return the item, the seller was good to deal with by replying quickly & offering a partial refund, which I accepted because sending it back would have cost too much.

  This seller is a scammer. He took money and lied he sent my order. In fact he didn't sent nothing, just registered track number in DHL. When after 3 weeks I asked where is my order, he repeatedly lied he sent it and it is in transit; and refused my request to show proofs he really forwarded my order to DHL. Don't deal with him, you only waste your time.

  When I opened and checked the Compact & Portable Lock Pick Set it was not the same as the one pictured in the description. The one I received was all plastic including the lock turner which was just a plastic one that is too thick. I have messaged seller but they are currently giving me the run around and excuses. I would not buy from seller again as they do not use real pictures of the items they sell. I may adjust this review if they send the correct item pictured or give a refund.

  There is no correlation between the listing obligations and what is actually being done by the seller. Delivery date? Lie. Item delivered? Only data received in the post but no item actually submitted. Communication? Like talking to a bad AI program - not real conversation. This whole listing and seller feels not legit.
