    One of my items arrived damaged during shipping. The seller packaged everything well and blasted the box with ”fragile” stickers but they obviously didn’t handle the package with care. I sent the seller a message explaining what happened he responded with in minutes. I was surprised! He was very kind, apologetic and refunded me immediately. Top tier customer service!!I It wasn’t his fault but took responsibility!! I highly recommend doing business with him.

    Shipping took a bit longer than expected but the carrier said it would as the weather has been dangerous. Packaged well. Thankfully it came with the cord which I didn’t know it would! There was a defect that this seller didn't notice during inventory inspection, thus that was not mentioned on listing.
