    Item never arrived, and took contacting ebay before I could get an answer out of them. Got a refund the same day as they said it was being dispatched (over two weeks after placing the order), and again didn't respond to messages asking if this meant the item was on its way or not. It wasn't. Fairly useless.

    Problem with delivery, possibly misled by vendor - Evri tracking stopped after they received the package. A couple of weeks went by and I raised this with the vendor. I agreed to wait longer but it didn't show up. The vendor committed to sending a replacement via royal mail. Some time later, the original Evri delivery turned up unexpectedly, however the 'replacement' has never arrived, leading me to think that the vendor didn't actually send one (either that or Royal Mail is also unreliable).
