    Products are not authentic!!! I bought the medicube bundle set i questioned it after purchasing and was told they do not sell fake goods!! In the mean time I purchased other products waited for this sellers products to come which took 3 weeks!!!!! Finally today I recited them and wow! The difference in the real products to these the smell the texture the packaging you name it was way out! I think it’s disgusting how humans think its ok to sell products that are fake especially skin care!!!

    We are sorry that the buyer is unhappy. All our products are 100% genuine and sourced from authorised suppliers. The buyer received all items but has kept them while demanding a refund without returning the goods. We offered the correct return process according to eBay policy, but the buyer refused and instead threatened negative feedback if no refund was issued. We always ask buyers to follow eBay’s proper return process rather than keeping items and making refund threats.
