Item arrived very quickly, within a couple of days, but unfortunately one of the fasteners was faulty. I contacted the seller, who immediately offered to send a replacement. The replacement took rather longer to arrive - about 2 weeks- but I have it now, and all’s good. The pouch is nice-looking and well made. The only thing I would add is that it’s not ‘soft leather’ as described, it’s actually pretty stiff, but that isn’t a problem for me and in fact probably means it will be more durable

The lining tore in various places when I first tried it on. The cut is totally wrong. Requested size for a 73.5 inch person, received for a 60 inch person. Response from the supplier: no return if the cut is adjusted. Never again from this supplier.

Greetings to everyone, We want to address this feedback after patiently waiting for the buyer's response. Firstly, the buyer placed a custom jumpsuit order, and we tailored it according to the measurements provided. However, upon attempting to wear the jumpsuit in an extreme manner, it seems the lining tore or broke. Despite this, we promptly offered the buyer a replacement parcel, but we require confirmation. it has been more than 10 days, and the buyer has not responded to our our emails.
