  Package arrived damaged and wheel brace was missing.Contacted the company who requested a picture of the package. Sent a picture and a complete new kit arrived 2 days later. Couldn't ask for better customer care than that. Excellent company to do business with and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. 100% recommended. Thanks very much.

  The lights are great perfect condition, bright and look great. I was VERY worried by a communication from the vendor. After I had bought AND PAID for the lights they sent me a stupid email saying that they would only despatch my (PAID FOR) order after I had replied to their email. If you are the sort of person who only checks their messages every week or so (I USUALLY AM) this could have delayed the delivery indefinitely presumably. Great product and price - tricky company.

  I received the item on time, but unfortunately it was found to be damaged. I contacted the seller straight away, along with the required photos. I had explained that I wasn't going to return it as the postage cost would have been around the same or more for the item. I received a very apologetic message and offering a full refund.
