Seller unfortunately sold out of the item after I'd already paid, but they got in touch with me to let me know, were very apologetic and offered me replacement items of the same value AND a partial refund. Disappointing to not get the boxes I'd originally ordered, but the replacements I got were boxes I also wanted/needed, so there's nothing really lost. Plus, I really can't fault the service I was given! Diligent, attentive and great communication. All in all, a great service. Many thanks! 👍👍
