  AWFUL SHOP ELSEWHERE order of 2 heat packs arrived as an empty ripped open paper envelope with the contents missing . What does this seller expect posting not 1 but 2 large heavy heat packs in a paper envelope (luckily Royal Mail raised this issue before I even knew about it. Then reordered again asking seller to wrap this time securely in a BOX. Seller contacted me TWICE saying this has been noted but AGAIN HE SENDS THEM IN A BAG, RIPPED OPEN, RAIN SODDEN & DIRTY.   this item was not as advertised, and in fact after wasting two weeks of my time, was told that their supplier had changed his product - even though they had said they were unaware of the issue. The quality of the product was reduced, the value was poorer and its appearance was not as described by the photo (although now the supplier has changed the photo). i would NEVER use this supplier again, nor recomend them to others, please BEWARE.

  Great cold packs. Well packaged. Quick dispatch time. Unfortunately Royal Mail decided not to bother delivering anything to us for a few days though so the delivery was late. Not the fault of the seller.
