  Shipping was timely, packaging fine. Blouse was supposed to include loose button but it was not enclosed. Blouse had a small hole which was difficult to see with the pattern. Seller was pleasant when contacted and offered a 50% refund. I suppose this could happen to anyone and she tried hard to make it right including a 20% discount if I made a future purchase. Would probably purchase from seller again due to her effort to correct the situation..

  Catherine’s red teardrop blouse arrived as described in very good condition. Packaging was secure. This was a good value purchase considering the name brand shirt was in very good condition. Shipping cost was a little bit expensive; however, the shirt arrived in timely fashion and that’s important to me.
