Trinity Hospice is a registered charity that provides compassionate care to the communities of Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre.
We provide compassionate care on the journey towards the end of life. By 2024 we want everyone on the Fylde Coast to have access to good end of life care in the place they choose: the hospice, the hospital, a residential nursing home or their family home.
For over 30 years we have provided excellence in specialist palliative care and have a huge impact in the community, touching the lives of around 8,000 local people every year. Demand for our care keeps on growing and our services evolve to meet changing expectations.
