    10/10 for a great value book. Postage was very well organised by sealing the book in a plastic zip lock bag inside the cardboard envelope. With Evri delivering it, this is a really smart move, as they dumped it on the floor over our gate instead of actually delivering it to the door. As indeed they often do! If it had been raining, the item could have been ruined without this extra protection, which I recommend to all sellers if using Hermes (now renamed Evri) as the carrier. Well done!

    Lovely glasses and such a shame that one was smashed, but I'm mentioning this because it was clearly not the seller's fault and his response was immediate and admirable. The recycled packaging was excellent. Seller had combined postage for me and packed my items beautifully and robustly. He immediately refunded me for both glasses which was incredibly generous. I think someone at the courier service had been using the box as a football!
