I have 2-3 times, and no reply. My Dec 24th order #25-10958-60343 was for 3 brass house numbers, $18.77 paid in full including tax & shipping. Checking tracking for a month, the package never left it's "out for shipping" location of Philadelphia PA. I notified Trisonic to cancel. I notified Ebay using this form of the cancellation & why. Ebay emailed me that you were issuing me a refund of $6.26 to my credit card ending in 5847. Again,the order was $18.77 ! I emailed you & Trisonic of the error
