Item was shipped through DHL, and they delivered it to the wrong address. After opening a case/investigation, DHL said it was “unrecoverable” and closed the issue with no further comment. I asked the seller if there was anything that could be done, and they sent me a replacement almost immediately. DHL sucks, but this seller is great. Thanks!
