    An absolutely amazing seller, he went above and beyond to keep me updated with all my packages found out the Royal Mail delivery van got stuck in the snow and had to have other drivers pick up on where he had not delivered no fault of the seller had a knock on effect, he was brilliant, helping me out and keeping me updated highly recommended to buy from as this is the 7th item I have bought from this seller fast dispatch with all deliveries, I will buy again.     Disgusting seller, sold an item which was not what was advertised. Their pictures and description did not match. I sent the item back straight away, was incredibly polite, literally started return, next day sent. Rather than refunding in full as their fault they did not describe it correctly, they are claiming it has been worn and is unsellable!! Refunded only partially! Never had this ever!

    Your item was the exact item purchased. No problem if you wanted to return, even though it was after the 30 day returns period. We refunded 80% of the item because you had worn and washed the item and put a name in the label. It had to be discarded.
