Ordered an engraved plate with the trophy 🏆 I expected it to be fully assembled and fixed in place! Obviously that’s what I ordered. When I contacted the seller I was told it would be taped inside the box! The box I had thrown Away Wouldn’t send another! Poor attitude and customer service

I am really really happy with the quality and personalisation on these chopsticks. Exactly what I wanted, thank you so much for accommodating my request as well with the little heart. My ONLY criticism is the packaging, parcel arrived with the ends of the sticks poking out the bag so they are a little scuffed sadly. Maybe some bubble wrap or padded envelope next time 🙂 would order again, I do recommend this seller.
