Wrong size, wrong colour (they sent blue with gold embroidery when I ordered plain black), and tried to weasel out of paying a refund for sending the wrong item. Ebay customer service were excellent, but avoid this seller. When I referred this matter to ebay the agent told me I had been on here 14 years which was a surprise- I have hardly ever had to leave negative feedback. I found this seller shady and unprofessional, and a disgrace to the notion of fair dealing and honest small business.

Waste of time, avoid. Seller sent the wrong size, then tried to convince me that it would be equivalent to what I had ordered. The item was also clearly not the same model as in the pictures on the webpage (the buttons and neckline were different, for example). The seller tried to get me to pay for the return postage. Communication was slow and the seller stopped responding when I asked for a free returns label. I then went through Ebay and I was able to return for free and get a full refund.

placed 3 orders with the seller, 1st time sent was correct size, wrong colour, i accepted a partial refund as i didn't have the colour. 2nd item correct colour, wrong size, i accepted this item, 3rd item wrong colour, correct size, opened refund and sent back to seller for a full refund. not sure how hard it is a seller to send correct items?, possibly playing lucky dip/sending colours he/she has too much stock of ?, i've given neutral feedback due to refund and partial refund
