As described. Could have been packaged better. The input rca's were mashed in from impacting the box in shipping and being unprotected, but it was an easy fix. I bought it out of curiosity to see if there was anything under the high voltage domed covers, and nope! Lol. Other than wishing for better/safer packaging, no complaints.
