    Kelly informed us EVRI is sending the parcel when in fact it' was YODEL tracking number cannot be traced informed us they tried to deliver the item 3 times. Very bad communications from this seller. Cannot, will not, should not recommend this seller. A refund has not been given YET

    This individual has constantly bombarded us with multiple messages making no sense at all. Despite this, we have always responded in a polite and courteous fashion. His order was sent by Evri as we stated, and as per his order tracking. The couriers have tried on four different occasions to deliver. The purchaser has bizarrely expected a refund when his order is still out for delivery. We will report this purchaser and we advise other sellers not to deal with him.
