  Seller hasgreat communication. I wasnt satisfied with the pictures presented in the listed so I asked if I could get more and the seller made sure to provide more pictures to ease my concerns.   Arrived in great condition undamaged. Very well protected and wrapped in bubble wrap for shipping. Great communication from seller, they took photos of the thorough packing of the figure before shipping. Also included and nice thank you note. Tracking was difficult with Japan Post as there is no tracking updates once the package leaves Japan. Took a month, but arrived well before the expected date . Still, overall very happy with the care the seller took in shipping the figure.

  The figure arrived a little earlier than planned, which is great because I was able to surprise them for their birthday with it. Arrived in great condition! It was packaged and protected nicely and the box didn't even have a scratch or a dent. The figure itself is great quality and really detailed. The description said it was used, but honestly this item is like brand new. It still had all the seals intact.

  Product came in wonderful besides a small piece that came off during shipping but regardless the product was clean packaged great paint was well kept and high quality. Contacted seller about the piece broken in shipping process and they were so kind and willing to help with a replacement piece and I’m more than grateful for their help.   The figure arrived in excellent condition, very well protected with double wrapping that prevented any damage. Communication with the seller was fast and kind, and the package was shipped promptly and arrived earlier than expected! Hina Ichigo is a lovely and rare figure. She came complete, including her stand and the Kun-Kun accessory. After a gentle cleaning to remove some stickiness (normal for vintage figures), she looks perfect on display. Very satisfied!
