About us

Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire we source and supply the worlds best tea. We have an extensive range of tea which has been sought to appeal to customers who are as enthusiastic about tea as we are. We have a range of over 80 loose leaf tea blends which range from an english breakfast black tea all the way to a caramel rooibos tea. Although our products are available to purchase online, we also attend monthly farmer's markets and local events around Yorkshire, such as the Harrogate Flower Show. We are focused on providing a first class service and dispatching an array of quality teas to our customers, either at retail or wholesale, on a daily basis. Aside from loose leaf tea, we stock biodegradable pyramid tea bags which are plastic free and packed with our own loose leaf tea blends! If customers aren't sure which teas to choose, we have a tea subscription which is perfect for yourself or as a gift for a friend or loved one.

The following comments do not reflect on the product, it’s the seller that I’m disappointed with. I placed an order for 2 lots of teabags which, according to the picture was for a 15 bag pack, or so I thought. The site has a drop box which was unclear and I was told, following communication with the seller, that their default is for a sample bag containing 2 teabags. Each teabag, therefore, costs £1.63 each and for me this seems overly priced. To return the items I am responsible for postage.

The items fine Seller uncommivarive. Doesn’t reply to emails and the postage is profiteering. Charging £28 when the postage was no more than £10 as he posted the items together but would not give a discount for items being posted
