  I Have had to ask for a refund from this Seller due to me being a Klutz and not checking the compatibility of the game with xbox one, this seller not only checked the compatibility on their xbox one for me but messaged me to say it wouldn't play and has organised a refund without any quibble or ill feeling, also Graciously accepted my apology, what a seller this person is, I would 100% buy from again and 100% recommend, thank you again for your understanding and swift resolve.
