    All Target/Walmart pallet returns, overstock and damaged items. Anything listed as "New" will not be new, it will be open box or "refurbished". I think the seller is foreign, communication was bad. Promised me a refund for a filthy, heavily used item marked as NEW (that even said "Used-Refurbished" on the box) and then ignored me for 7 days. Got my refund, that's the only reason this is a Neutral.
