  Item didn't work, but I believe it happened during shipment, a small chip came loose, but this seems to be a common problem with this model clock. Seller was very responsive and immediately issued a refund. I would gladly continue to deal with this seller, he's honest and quick to respond to inquiries. I gave the item 1 star because it didn't work, but it doesn't apply to the seller, he definitely deserves a full 5 star rating.
