First off, I love this glass! It is simply beautiful and so well made . The description and photos were accurate. I had to communicate with the seller about speeding up the delivery due my current circumstances, and The seller responded quickly and accommodated my request: I received the item sooner than expected. Seller was very quick sending item. The box was taped nicely and securely shut. The la creuset was bubble wrapped pristinely with great attention to detail. There was a nice thank you card for business taped and signed inside. The la creuset was accurate and even better than the photos. I was concerned about red color enamel chipping from the way the photos caught the light on the pot. However product was pristine and in excellent shape. Would buy again.
