    Purchased from Seller multiple times prior & never had issues, until recently. Had a horrible experience with communication and the product. Earrings arrived with an issue with the back hook & I contacted the Seller 1st to tell them about the issue within 30 days to get a replacement & Seller acted as if they didn’t believe me and then started ignoring my messages and did not replace the item after return window. Horrible Customer Service and left a sour experience with the Seller!
