Would not believe how many items came to me damaged. For the most part it's because of sellers not taking the care to package buyers items properly. Sellers need to realize when that item is sold its up to them to protect our items. For a example I had 2 mint 281s shipped and came with both ladders totally broken off, the box was crushed. Problem was box to big and not enough packing.
