    I have no problem with the actual product but the courier is a problem. They text to say delivery would be on Thursday and was out for delivery. It never came went on tracking and was advised it was at the depot. It finally arrived at teatime on Friday but still showing as out for delivery. I am pleased with the shades and price.

    As described. Arrived promptly. Packaging materials were plentiful but pulled so tight over the bulbs, crushing the boxes they were in. No reply to message about this.

    good morning, due to the items being bulbs we do give extra packaging. unfortunately if the boxes were damaged in transit i am presuming that was down to the courier. regards tracey
