    If you're an anxious E-bayer/buyer, this company is great. If you need the carpet to arrive by a particular day, maybe ring first. I had a delivery query and received a timely response online - sent message in the evening, received response the next morning and they do answer the phone quickly too!). Spoke to two separate staff over the phone. Both friendly and helpful, as was the delivery driver who kindly helped bring the carpet into the house for me. Great quality carpet. Highly recommend.

    A bit more expensive than other brands BUT a lot lot less for delivery. Item exactly as advertised and ideal / fit for job. Unfortunately wrong item sent originally but I contacted Tuda and within 5 minutes issue was resolved and replacements send on overnight transport - cannot complain at all. I will be buying form Tuda again based on the product and service.
