Customer cancelled transaction once I had agreed to purchase price and did not sell the listed item to me, but removed it from ebay and sold to another individual for more money. I did not agree to cancel the transaction, and relayed this to seller verbally over phone call. I want this part that the seller agreed to sell me as a 'buy it now' item. For which my credit card was charged, Seemed to be very sketchy retailer and fraudulent.

We contacted the customer to let him know that one of our employees dropped and broke the console and since we didn't have another one at the time we were going to have to refund his money. We told him that once we came across another console, he would be the first one we contacted so we are not sure why he left such terrible feedback about our company. We are sorry that the console got broke but to leave such negative feedback that isn't even true is just not right.
