  Perfect condition and carefully wrapped, it is denby so it is high quality, it looks exactly as pictured, and the price was what you would expect, not a deal but expected. The problem is this took 19 days to arrive through royal mail, until royal mail have attempted delivery there is no tracking, so I was in the dark the entire time as to where it was or if it had been lost or if there was a problem.

  The incorrect item was sent. I contacted the seller who agreed that the situation was 'totally unacceptable'. I have since contacted the seller several times to try and resolve this issue but have not received the correct item, or a refund or had any further contact from the seller. By far my worst experience of buying from an Ebay seller.

  We bought a dinner plate and a cup & saucer. The seller kept us upto date and when they arrived they were very well packaged. The seller dispatched the items quickly although Evri seemed to hang on to it a bit longer than expected. Very happy with this seller would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to other buyers.
