    Received the packaging in great condition and the Canary Pro camera was in Brand new condition when I received it. I had to contact Canary to try to get it to respond in a normal manner and to connect to my WiFi and after contacting Canary they have determined that “the device is not suitable for reactivation”. So, I had to return it because it didn’t work. :o( Thank you for the quick delivery, the quick response to my dilemma and in providing me with my refund in a timely manner! :o}
