This seller is excellent and their communication is spot on! The items I ordered were delivered on time but some of the Clinique boxes were damaged in transit eventhough they came in a sturdy box with bubble wrap. As these were gifts, I asked the seller if they could send me some undamaged Clinique boxes. They immediately posted 3 boxes to me. They couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. I will definitely buy from them again … I wish all sellers were like these ones. Thank you.

When these moisturisers arrived the bottles had been leaking, the tops were loose and the cream was all over the boxes. These were order to give as gifts but unfortunately couldn't do that because of condition, I was offered £2.50 compensation which I refused, I asked that a return label and refund be made, I was then offered £3.50 compensation, again I refused this, reluctantly I said I would be willing to accept £5 compensation which was accepted.

These plushies are fantastic. Lovely and soft, with vibrant colours. Do not look or feel cheap. Seller sent one wrong item, but replied within a day as this was an error from the warehouse. Sending correct item and have said I can have the wrong one as a gift from them, which is very generous as will be a gift for friends Son. Excellent seller and good communication. Would highly recommend 👌
