This seller is excellent and their communication is spot on! The items I ordered were delivered on time but some of the Clinique boxes were damaged in transit eventhough they came in a sturdy box with bubble wrap. As these were gifts, I asked the seller if they could send me some undamaged Clinique boxes. They immediately posted 3 boxes to me. They couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. I will definitely buy from them again … I wish all sellers were like these ones. Thank you.

Advertised as a dog toy throughout description, but turns up as a cat toy and is tiny. Seller is based abroad - took 8 days to arrive and only replies to messages at 3am. Doesn’t want to provide a return label for the return - just constantly asks for PayPal address for postage. I would avoid if I were you…

This seller constantly asks for your PayPal address to send the refund, knowing that eBay block sending an email address through messages. They have no intention of refunding, just running the clock down. eBay had to step in and issue a refund because this seller is useless. Avoid!
