Hello dear Billy thank you for order my rug and I apologize for my late reply because of the time difference of my country so I just see your message now. plus I was on a road trip to small village for buying more of my vintage rugs. I get your message about delivery problem and I took action right a way for help and informed you as well. I hope it will get resolved asap. thank you for write me back and check for possibility if this feedback can be removed because of the shipping company fault
