Good communication to my request and item arrived earlier than promised. Packaging needs to improve in the protection as the expensive item arrived slightly damaged, i would suggest thicker cardboard and fully enclosing the books on all sides. Shipping handlers dont seem to take care of goods so your extra efforts will really help your customers. This was a VERY expensive item for me as you know and its a shame it got damaged as i will need to have it restored because of its value and importance
