Reason being I'm Fed up to here with frequent, unspecified delays and hold-ups by the courier. The item was supposed to arrive within 1-to-2 days, yet took much longer than this. Also, E****'s so-called 'tracking' is not fit for purpose!

But as for the delivery company being used EVRI are useless as this carrier sends message saying delivery today and same thing 3 days in a row. If l was a seller l would not use EVRI. Items get lost missing damaged or as l have experienced myself item gets lost after EVRI pickup at customs in Heathrow Airport. Followed by many Bull***t excuses from EVRI had to reorder and asked seller to use another carrier company.
