  This item does NOT fit the device it was listed for. The seller responded only after I complained, then told me to send a photo of my device and ship it back to China at my own cost for a £2.99 item. They even asked me to lie on the return form by declaring it under $10 to dodge fees. No refund offered. No accountability. Just stalling tactics and shady instructions. Don’t waste your time or money. If anything goes wrong, you’re on your own. Absolute joke of a seller.

  This was for a fitbit versa 2 unfortunately had to contact seller as it would not fit. Seller requested photos of watch and strap (also the strap had a split), the seller sent a reply back and gave a full refund. Thank you for you good customer service. Unfortunately its a 2 star.
