Seller seems to have deliberately sold damaged controllers under the mantle of untested spares and repair, deliberately hiding the damage in the photos, Yes I bought as untested spares and repair as I wanted the shells I did not buy as spares & repair damaged so useless, Seller then "hid" behind the spares and repair and said I should have expected damage, Oh well a seller to avoid I guess

This is not fair, pictures were of the actual items and were listed as faulty and spares. They were untested and obtained from a large bundle of peripherals, a lot of these have been sold as untested and faulty with happy buyers. The "damage" you mention was some cosmetic damage to the feet of the controller and would not impact the mechanical performance of the items, I did not "deliberately hide" it, I took standard pictures of the front and back like I always do. Unfair feedback.

Totally accurate feedback. seller not willing to even discuss the damage and knew full well it was present and sold under the spares or repair title knowingly hiding damage, which is a shame, Ebay backed me up and said return for a refund, even though the seller seemed to think they were right and Ebay would back them
